Kingley Advisors LLC was founded in 2015 by Ivan Sacks as an investment firm focused on undervalued public equity investments. Ivan has more than 25 years in public market investing as a broker and advisor.

Through transparent, Separately Managed Accounts, Kingsley employs an opportunistic, value oriented strategy, with the goal of maximizing total return over the medium to long term.

Kingsley evaluates companies with an owner's mentality, conducting rigorous bottoms-up, fundamental research in order to identify and invest in a select handful of public companies that we believe have unique businesses or assets, are run by good management and which we believe are trading at discount to our view of their true business value.
